September 3, 2025

Dubai Holding Asset Management has officially renamed Nakheel Mall to Palm Jumeirah Mall, reaffirming its role as a premier lifestyle destination on the iconic Palm Jumeirah. The announcement, made on September 3, highlights the mall’s evolving identity and its growing appeal for both residents and international visitors.

The redeveloped section unveiled the same day introduces a rich mix of international and homegrown brands. Fashion and lifestyle shoppers can now explore new outlets such as Paul Smith, Boss, Lacoste, Polo Ralph Lauren, Patrizia Pepe, Luisa Spagnoli, Sandro, Maje, Lululemon, and Swarovski. Homegrown labels like The Giving Movement also add a local touch. Families and younger visitors can enjoy stores including Lego, 12 Storeez, and Jacardi.

Dining has also taken centre stage. New options include Home Bakery, Brunch & Cake, Le Majlis, Al Beiruti, %Arabica, Konjiki Hototogisu, and Gyu Kaku. These additions strengthen the mall’s reputation as a culinary hub. On the West Rooftop, popular restaurants like 3 Cuts, Samakje, Gatsby, Chalet Berezka, and The Cheese Farm continue to attract food lovers.

Since opening in 2019, Palm Jumeirah Mall has welcomed millions of visitors annually. With its rebranding and new retail offering, Dubai Holding Asset Management is delivering a more diverse and sophisticated experience. The redevelopment aligns with the company’s strategy to create destinations that set new benchmarks for lifestyle, fashion, dining, and entertainment in Dubai.

As part of Dubai Holding Asset Management’s broader portfolio—10 malls, 15 lifestyle destinations, and 18 retail centres hosting more than 6,500 retailers—Palm Jumeirah Mall strengthens Dubai’s global reputation as a retail and tourism hub. The transformation reflects a commitment to shaping destinations that inspire, connect, and deliver memorable experiences.
